Why We Request Your Eyewear

Knowing what you are currently wearing for glasses and/or contact lenses helps us understand how it is working – or if it is not working we can more easily identify the issue.

      Your Medications Matter, Too!

Many medications have side effects that impact your vision. Knowing what medications you are taking will help us minimize these and make sure we provide the best plan to give you the clearest, most comfortable vision possible.

          Why Medical Insurance?

We should already have all your vision insurance information, so why do we need your medical insurance? This is a great question! We like to keep medical insurance on file in case an emergency or medical need arises – we will already have all the information and can take care of you quickly.
